A question I got when I started wearing Invisalign braces was how long should I should wear them daily. The official Invisalign answer is 20-22 hours a day. My orthodontist really emphasized I should wear them as much as possible (22 hours). So I think that 20 hours is too less. Wearing them 2 hours more a day is really doable and it’s worth the effort since it will speed up the process and prevent unnecessary setbacks in the process.
